I’m fairly convinced the kitchen staff at El Bistro needs to be taken into custody immediately! Serving food this dangerously good should honestly be a misdemeanor! ​I ordered the Chile Relleno omelette with a side of country potatoes, and I’m pretty sure my soul briefly left my body. The omelette was an absolute masterpiece, perfectly spiced, rich, and folded like a delicious, savory hug. And those country potatoes? Crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned so well they practically made me rethink all my past life choices. ​Standing ovation to the cooks in the back. Bravo, people, bravo! 👏 You guys are absolute wizards. ​Oh, and don't even get me started on the drinks. They're their own entirely different level of amazing. I don't know what kind of black magic they're mixing up back there, but it works. ​If you haven't been here yet, go. 10/10, no notes, just please don't arrest the cooks until after I get breakfast tomorrow!

Love their Mexican brunch menu all the time and their French toast too (very fluffy and soft) But this time French toast was horrible just like a rock!! (Please check my video) Even I couldn’t cut it easily and couldn’t eat and had to leave most of it! I told the server and she said I’m sorry but that was all Hopefully they can sell edible French toast next time

We visited for breakfast and it was a great experience. Our waitress was helpful and attentive. The Chilaquiles with Asada plate was delicious and flavorful. The fresas con crema French toast was amazing! Our coffee/tea drinks were also delicious.

5/21/26, this place is a must try. Trust me the food is legit. The atmosphere and service was great. Be prepared there might be a wait because the food here is good. We ordered the chilliqueles w/chorizo and shrimp tacos. Delicious, packed with flavor. Will be going back again. Special shout out to the chef and cooks who were taking care of business.

Wonderful place to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, they can add any extras if you like, and take out anything that you do not like to be in the food, like Cilantro or onions. 😋 Also, if you are celebrating yours or anyone's birthday, the El bistro cafe presents you with a birthday dessert and Happy birthday sign. They also have a beautiful wall decore to retake pictures...
